Longhorn Exploration Corp has announced its full acquisition of PureWave Hydrogen Corp, a Colorado-based company specializing in natural hydrogen. The agreement includes five natural hydrogen lease agreements in Kansas, encompassing 892.20 acres, and the integration of PureWave’s technical and operations team. This acquisition marks Longhorn’s commitment to expanding in the sustainable energy sector and is pending approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
