Longfor Group Holdings Limited announces a final dividend of RMB 0.23 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, with an option for shareholders to receive the dividend in scrip shares. Shareholders must make their election by August 12, 2024, with the dividend to be paid on August 22, 2024. Fractional scrip shares will not be issued and will instead benefit the company.
