Longfor Group Holdings (HK:0960) has released an update.
Longfor Group Holdings Limited reported an impressive aggregated contracted sales of RMB58.63 billion by the end of July 2024, with a total of 4.25 million square meters in sales area. In the same month, the company saw RMB7.51 billion in contracted sales, attributing RMB5.25 billion of that to company shareholders. The Group also announced a significant recurring income amounting to RMB15.40 billion, with a caution that these unaudited figures are preliminary and subject to change.
