Longboat Energy Plc, an exploration and production company operating in Southeast Asia, has announced its upcoming interim financial results release on September 19, 2024, and a subsequent live presentation for investors. The company is progressing with its strategic initiatives, including a farm-out in Malaysia and nearing completion of a production sharing contract for gas fields offshore Sarawak. Reflecting its Southeast Asian focus, Longboat Energy will be rebranding as Seascape Energy Asia plc, complete with a new ticker symbol ‘SEA’ on the London Stock Exchange.
