Longboat Energy Plc, an E&P company operating in Norway and Malaysia, has announced significant changes to its board and management as a cost-saving measure, reducing its board from seven to four members. The restructuring includes the retirement and resignation of several key figures, with James Menzies set to become the new Executive Chairman and Geraldine Murphy appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director. The changes reflect Longboat’s strategic adjustment and streamlining efforts in response to market conditions and will take effect following the upcoming AGM.
