LondonMetric Property PLC announced the issuance of 5,098,198 new ordinary shares following a first quarterly interim dividend declaration of 2.85 pence per share, payable on 8 October 2024. These shares, expected to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange, will rank equally with the existing shares and bring the total issued share capital to 2,047,306,453 shares.
