LondonMetric Property PLC has announced the issue of 1,641,894 new ordinary shares as part of its scrip dividend scheme, with a dividend payment of 3.0 pence per share scheduled for 22nd July 2024. Shareholders registered by 14th June 2024 are eligible for the dividend, which will be tradable on the London Stock Exchange upon admission the same day. The total issued share capital post-admission will be 2,042,208,255 shares, each with equal voting rights.
