LondonMetric Property PLC has announced a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 3.0 pence per Ordinary Share, with a payment date set for 22 July 2024 and a Scrip Calculation Price set at 194.8 pence per share. Shareholders have the option to receive this dividend in the form of New Ordinary Shares instead of cash, with a final Election Date on 28 June 2024.
