LondonMetric Property PLC has announced an 18.8% increase in its first quarterly interim dividend for the fiscal year 2024/25 to 2.85 pence per share, adhering to its progressive dividend policy. The company is set to follow its tradition of paying three equal quarterly dividends and a larger fourth dividend, with the next dividend scheduled for payment on October 8, 2024, following record and ex-dividend dates at the end of August.
