London City Director Increases Shareholding

London City Equities Ltd (AU:LCE) has released an update.

London City Equities Limited has announced a change in the holdings of Director David G Butel, where he acquired an additional 5,330 shares through market purchases, valued at 51.0 cents each. This change, dated 12 June 2024, leaves Butel with a total of 12,813,025 fully paid ordinary shares. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts or during a closed period.
