Lomiko Metals Inc. announces a ten-for-one share consolidation with an effective trading date on the TSX Venture Exchange set for July 15, 2024, following directors’ approval and pending TSX Venture Exchange sanction. The consolidation will result in a reduction of outstanding common shares from 402,653,374 to approximately 40,265,337, without altering the company’s name or trading symbol.
