Lomiko Metals Launches $1.25M Private Placement

Lomiko Metals (TSE:LMR) has released an update.

Lomiko Metals Inc. is set to raise up to $1.25 million through a non-brokered private placement aimed at advancing its La Loutre graphite project in Quebec. The fundraiser follows a share consolidation and offers units and flow-through units at post-consolidation prices. The proceeds will support Lomiko’s ongoing projects, including large-scale demonstrations of La Loutre’s graphite for battery supply chains, bolstered by significant grants from the US Department of Defense and Natural Resources Canada.
