Loma Negra Compañía Industrial Argentina Sociedad Anónima has announced that its indirect controlling shareholder, InterCement Participações, is in a negotiation phase with Compañía Siderurgica Nacional (CSN) regarding a potential acquisition deal. The exclusivity agreement for these negotiations is set to last until July 12th, 2024, although no binding documents have been signed yet.
