Loma Negra C.I.A.S.A. has announced that the New York State Court has given final approval to a settlement agreement concerning a shareholder class action lawsuit. This resolution requires a final payment to the class by October 11, 2024, which will be funded by the company’s D&O insurance policies. Upon completion of this payment, the lawsuit will be officially closed with the issuance of a final judgment by the court.
