In its latest earnings report for the second quarter of 2025, Loma Negra reported a decline in net sales revenues by 8% year-over-year, with net sales revenues standing at Ps. 174,511 million (US$ 149 million). The company also experienced a significant decrease in net profit, recording Ps. 385 million compared to Ps. 41,246 million in the same period last year.
Key financial metrics showed a challenging quarter for Loma Negra, with a 30.6% drop in consolidated adjusted EBITDA, reaching Ps. 37,005 million. The EBITDA margin also contracted to 21.2% from 28.1% a year ago. Despite an 11% increase in cement volumes, the cement segment’s top line decreased by 9.9% due to competitive pricing pressures.
