Lokotech Group AS has announced a partially underwritten rights issue to raise up to NOK 200 million by offering between 374,925,009 and 599,880,023 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.3334 per share. The rights issue, supported by an underwriting consortium for NOK 125 million, includes the allocation of warrants to subscribers, with the subscription period closing on 21 May 2025.
