Logory Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. has announced the re-designation of Ms. Wang Yao from an executive Director to a non-executive Director and her retirement as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 30, 2024. Ms. Wang, with over two decades of financial management experience, including with Alibaba Group and Huawei Technologies, has served as the CFO since August 2019 and was elected as an executive Director in October 2021. The Board has expressed its appreciation for Ms. Wang’s significant contributions to the company.
