Logitech International S.A. has promoted Meeta Sunderwala, their Chief Accounting Officer, to the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer. Bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles at eBay Inc. and Hewlett-Packard, Sunderwala, 53, will receive additional compensation for her new duties, including an increased annual salary and a potential cash bonus aligned with the company’s performance bonus plan.
