Logistea AB Class A ( ($SE:LOGI.A) ) has shared an announcement.
Logistea has expanded its portfolio by completing the acquisition of two industrial and logistics properties in Karlskrona Municipality, Sweden, with an agreed underlying property value of SEK 216 million before deductions. The assets, totaling about 19,000 square meters of leasable area, are primarily leased to cable manufacturer NKT alongside Se-Lo, the National Maritime Museum and smaller tenants, and generate annual rental income of roughly SEK 16.9 million with an average remaining lease term of 5.5 years.
The properties comprise industrial and warehouse buildings used for warehousing, logistics and test operations, including a newly completed test hall for NKT, and benefit from a strategic location adjacent to the E22 motorway about 10 minutes west of central Karlskrona. Financed through bank loans and existing funds, the transaction strengthens Logistea’s presence in the Swedish light industrial and logistics segment and deepens its relationship with a major tenant, enhancing income visibility through a diversified tenant mix and medium-term lease profile.
The most recent analyst rating on ($SE:LOGI.A) stock is a Buy with a SEK14.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Logistea AB Class A stock, see the SE:LOGI.A Stock Forecast page.
