Lodestar Director Ups Stake with New Shares and Options

Lodestar Minerals Limited (AU:LSR) has released an update.

In a recent update, Lodestar Minerals Limited disclosed a significant change in the holdings of Director David McArthur. As of 15 July 2024, McArthur has increased his direct and indirect interest in the company, acquiring 9,033,350 ordinary shares and 4,516,675 options exercisable at $0.003 each, bringing his total direct holdings to 16,552,637 shares and combined direct and indirect options to over 54 million. The changes were part of an entitlements issue and did not involve any disposals of existing securities.
