Stratabound Minerals ( (TSE:LOD) ) has provided an announcement.

Lode Gold Resources has appointed veteran mining engineer David Gunning as a technical advisor to help advance its Fremont Gold Project in California, leveraging his 35-plus years of underground gold mining, feasibility study, and mine operations experience from prior senior roles at Bluestone Resources and Starcore International Mines. Concurrently, the company secured greater financial flexibility by extending the maturity of its loan with Romspen to October 31, 2026, in exchange for issuing warrants, paying a modest extension fee, and obtaining Romspen’s agreement to relinquish its equity conversion rights, a move that reduces potential future dilution while supporting the continued development of its expanding project portfolio and impending Gold Orogen spin-out.
