L’Occitane Moves for Compulsory Share Acquisition

L’Occitane International SA (HK:0973) has released an update.

L’Occitane Holding S.A. has announced its intention to compulsorily acquire the remaining shares of L’Occitane International S.A. at HK$34.00 per share, following a successful voluntary general offer that has resulted in ownership of over 90% of the company’s disinterested shares. Shareholders who have not yet tendered their shares are subject to the acquisition, with a two-month notice deadline set for 8 October 2024. The company advises shareholders to consult with a professional adviser if they have any doubts regarding the notice.
