L’Occitane International S.A. has announced the resignation of Mr. Laurent Marteau as an executive director and the chief executive officer, effective from September 16, 2024. In the wake of his departure, the Board has formed an Office of the CEO with Mr. Reinold Geiger, Mr. Samuel Antunes, and Mr. Ingo Dauer as members to collectively fulfill the CEO role. The company expresses gratitude towards Mr. Marteau for his contributions and has made no changes to the new appointees’ remuneration packages.
