Locate Technologies Limited, listed on the ASX, has received court approval to convene a meeting regarding a proposed scheme of arrangement. This scheme involves Locate NZ acquiring all issued shares of Locate Technologies, making it the new parent entity. The Supreme Court of New South Wales has approved the dispatch of the Scheme Booklet and the virtual Scheme Meeting is scheduled for December 1, 2025. The Independent Expert has deemed the scheme beneficial for shareholders, and the board recommends voting in favor.
