This move is part of a strategic acquisition of a 49% shareholding in Thriveni Pellets Private Limited, enhancing Lloyds’ stake in the company. The allotment increases the company’s paid-up equity capital and is aimed at strengthening its market position. The newly allotted shares will soon be listed and traded on the stock exchanges.
