LKQ Corporation has announced the immediate appointment of Andrew Clarke to its Board of Directors. Clarke will be compensated in line with the company’s established pay structure for non-employee directors, details of which were shared in the proxy statement for the 2024 annual stockholders’ meeting. The company has also issued a press release to publicize Clarke’s election.
