Lixiang Education Holding Co (LXEH) has released an update.
Lixiang Education Holding Co., Ltd. reported a net loss of RMB 8.6 million for the first half of 2024, a slight increase from the RMB 8.2 million loss in the same period the previous year. Despite a decrease in overall costs, the company’s net revenues fell from RMB 25.2 million to RMB 15.3 million year-over-year, attributed to reduced student enrollment and the disposal of one of its schools. The company also announced a contingency plan related to a contractual dispute, which has now been resolved with a new lease agreement.
