Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. has announced an ordinary final cash dividend of RMB 13.5 per 10 shares for the year ended December 31, 2023, with an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0978, resulting in a HKD 14.8203 per 10 share payout for shareholders. The shareholders’ approval date is June 14, 2024, with the dividend payable by August 5, 2024. Withholding tax rates for non-resident enterprises and resident individuals are set at 10% and 20%, respectively.
