Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. has announced the establishment of a joint venture in Indonesia with PT GLOBAL CHEMINDO MEGA TRADING, a subsidiary of the Indonesian listed company PT KALBE FARMA, TBK. The venture will focus on manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients with an initial capital investment totaling IDR 1,306,080,000,000. Livzon’s subsidiary LIANSGP HOLDING PTE. LTD. will hold an 80% stake while PT GLOBAL CHEMINDO MEGA TRADING will hold the remaining 20% stake.
