Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. has announced a change in its Hong Kong agent for accepting service of process and notices effective from 19 June 2024. The new appointee, Ms. Suen Ka Yan, replaces the previous agent, Ms. Ho Yin Kwan. This change is in accordance with the relevant Hong Kong securities and corporate regulations.
