Livingstone Health Holdings Limited has successfully issued 1,309,440 new ordinary shares following the exercise of warrants, increasing its total issued and paid-up capital to 613,057,457 shares. These new shares will be on par with existing shares but are not eligible for any distributions announced before their issuance. The new shares are expected to be listed and commence trading on Catalist around September 30, 2024.
