Livingstone Health Holdings Limited has successfully issued 350,538 new ordinary shares following the exercise of warrants previously announced. These shares will be on par with existing shares but will not be eligible for dividends or distributions declared before their issue date. The increased total share capital is now 611,138,017, and these new shares are set to be listed and commence trading on Catalist by 23 September 2024.
