Livingstone Health Holdings Limited has announced the issuance of 610,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of warrants, expanding its total share capital to 611,748,017 shares. These shares will be on par with existing shares but will not be eligible for dividends or distributions before their issue date. The new shares are set to be listed on Catalist and will commence trading on September 26, 2024.
