Livingstone Health Holdings Limited has successfully issued 1,000,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of warrants, raising the company’s total issued share capital to 610,787,479 shares. These newly issued shares will be at par with existing ones but exclude rights to dividends or distributions declared before their issuance date. The trading of these new shares is set to begin on Catalist on September 11, 2024.
