Livingstone Health Holdings Limited (SG:PRH) has released an update.

Livingstone Health Holdings Limited has successfully issued 4,370 new shares following the exercise of warrants, which will be on par with existing shares but excluded from dividends or distributions declared prior to the warrants’ issue date. The company’s total share capital now stands at 613,061,827 shares. These new shares are slated to begin trading on the Catalist from 9.00 am on October 3, 2024.
