Livermore Investments ( (GB:LIV) ) has issued an update.
Livermore Investments Group Limited recently held its Annual General Meeting where all proposed resolutions were passed. During the meeting, it was announced that Ron Baron, a non-executive director, would not be standing for re-election and has stepped down from the Board after 18 years of service. The Board is now in search of a new non-executive director. The resolutions included approving the annual report, remuneration report, re-electing directors, re-appointing the auditor, and authorizing the directors to allot new shares and buy back the company’s own shares.
