LiveRamp Holdings Boosts Share Buyback Program to $1.3 Billion

An update from LiveRamp Holdings (RAMP) is now available.

On August 14, 2024, a company enhanced its share repurchase program by adding $200 million for a new total of $1.3 billion and extending it until the end of 2026. Although $978 million has already been spent, this increase allows for $322 million more in buybacks. The program, not guaranteeing the purchase of a set number of shares, may adjust its repurchasing strategy based on various market and company factors, and it may be subject to change at any time.
