Live Verdure Ltd has notified the ASX of a significant change in director Adrian Bunter’s interests, with the acquisition of 1,000,000 unlisted options at an exercise price of $0.75, set to expire on June 12, 2027. These options were issued under the company’s Incentive Plan, which was approved by shareholders in the recent General Meeting. No other changes in directors’ interests in contracts or securities were reported.
