Live Company Group PLC is advancing due diligence with a cornerstone investor to address a shortfall in working capital, which is pivotal for the company’s financial strategy. The company has also confirmed a joint venture for a KPOP concert in Frankfurt and has announced six new Brick Live events, bringing the total for 2024 to twenty-one across the UK and Europe. However, LVCG faces a trading suspension as it will not meet the deadline to publish its 2023 accounts, with the goal now to release them in July.
