Litu Holdings Appoints New Company Secretary

Litu Holdings Limited (HK:1008) has released an update.

Litu Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Ng Wing Ching as the company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, effective from June 7, 2024. He is succeeded by Mr. Chan Wing Chung, who brings over two decades of experience in auditing, accounting, and corporate governance. The company expressed appreciation for Mr. Ng’s contributions and a warm welcome to Mr. Chan in his new role.
