Litigation Capital Management Executes Share Buyback

Litigation Capital Management Limited (GB:LIT) has released an update.

Litigation Capital Management Limited has repurchased 15,000 of its own shares at a price of 108 pence each through Canaccord Genuity Limited on the London Stock Exchange. This buyback is part of the company’s ongoing Share Buyback Programme to manage its share capital effectively. The total number of shares now stands at 114,614,431, excluding those held by Canaccord, which accounts for approximately 4% of the total.
