Litigation Capital Management Limited has announced a share buyback with Canaccord Genuity Limited purchasing 7,503 shares on the London Stock Exchange, with prices ranging from 101 to 102 pence per share. The buyback is part of an ongoing program initiated in October 2023, and following the transaction, the total number of shares in issue is 115,770,063. Shareholders can use this number as the denominator for calculating changes in their interest in the company’s share capital.
