Litian Pictures Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, has announced the appointment of Mr. Huang Zhiqiang and Mr. Lin Mingwei as executive Directors, effective from 19 July 2024. Both new appointees have solid backgrounds in business administration and have previously held leadership roles in technology and hospitality sectors, respectively. Their compensation includes a monthly remuneration of HKD40,000 and additional benefits as determined by the company’s Remuneration Committee.
