Litian Pictures Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Ho Yin Kwan as the joint company secretary and process agent, effective 19 June 2024. Mr. Wong Sai Hung, a director of Modern Assurance, will replace her in these roles. Additionally, the company’s principal place of business in Hong Kong will relocate to a new address in Sheung Wan on the same effective date.
