LiTHOS Group Ltd. has successfully completed the second tranche of its private placement, raising $451,278.80 through the issuance of 644,684 units at $0.70 each. This brings the total raised to $1,146,288.90, with a third tranche expected soon. The funds will be allocated towards working capital, business development, and customer pilot projects.
