LiTHOS Group Ltd. has successfully raised $451,278.80 through the closing of the second tranche of its private placement, offering units at $0.70 each, with the company amassing a total of $1,146,288.90 from the first two tranches. Investors received shares and warrants, with the latter allowing the purchase of additional shares at $0.90 for three years. The funds will bolster working capital, business development, and customer pilot projects, with a third tranche expected soon.
