LiTHOS Group Ltd. has successfully completed the first tranche of its private placement, raising $695,010.10 through the issuance of nearly one million units at $0.70 each. The funds are earmarked for working capital, business development, and advancing customer pilot projects. A second tranche of the offering is anticipated shortly, while all securities are subject to a four-month hold period post-issuance.
