LiTHOS Group Ltd. announced that Jennie Choboter has resigned from its board of directors and from her role as chief financial officer, with the company expressing its appreciation for her contributions. The board has appointed Vancouver-based executive Elyssia Patterson, CEO of corporate communications and marketing firm Lycan Capital Corp. and an experienced director and officer of several CSE-listed companies, as a new director, a move that brings additional capital markets and communications expertise to LiTHOS’ leadership as it continues to develop its position in the lithium technology space.
