LithiumBank Resources Corp. successfully conducted its Annual and Special Meetings, with all resolutions approved by shareholders, including the reappointment of its auditors, election of five directors, and approval of incentive stock options and the Advance Notice Policy. The company, which is making strides in lithium brine projects in Western Canada, also acknowledged the contributions of departing board member Gianni Kovacevic, a key figure since the company’s inception.
