Lithium South Development Corporation (TSE:LIS) has released an update.
Lithium South Development Corporation has filed a Preliminary Economic Assessment on SEDAR, detailing their plans to develop a lithium carbonate production plant in Argentina with a projected annual output of 15,600 tonnes. The financials are promising with a post-tax Net Present Value of $938 million and an impressive Internal Rate of Return of 31.6%, along with a swift payback period of 2.5 years. The project will employ a conventional extraction method involving solar evaporation and is backed by industry experts Knight Piesold Consulting and JDS Energy and Mining Inc.
